Instructions
To Register your child for the Fall 2010 Season you can obtain all required forms on this web page, download them to your own computer, print them and fill them out, and then mail to them to us along with your two checks. Please follow these directions carefully and make sure that all required information is complete on your registration form.
Step 1 - The Registration Form
If you are registering more than one child, please create a seperate registration form for each child.
Step 2 - Complete the Registration Form
Please make sure that you have completed the entire form. Common mistakes when completing this form include not selecting a shirt size for your child, not indicating if your child has allergies, not including your email, and not listing your doctor's name and telephone number. Everything on the form must be completed for the registration to be acceptable.
Step 3 - Write the first check
The first check that you will write is made payable to the Borough of Emerson for the registration. The check amount is:
1 child = $35
2 children = $70
3 or more children = $105
Step 4 - Download the Code of Conduct
This 2 page form is required by the Borough (one per family). Please print and sign the form, making sure that you both sign and print your name, as well as the date. This form must be included with your registration form.
Step 5 - Write another check
This check is made payable to the Friends of Emerson Soccer. This check covers the cost of referees($20/family), as well as any advertising order in the yearboook. If you are not advertising with us this year, the check amount is $20. If you are advertising with us, please add your advertising order amount to the $20 referee fee when completing your check.
If registering after May1, 2010 please include an additional $25 for the late registration fee. If you are new to Emerson after the 1st of May you can note that with your registration and we will waive this late registration fee.
Step 6 - Mail everything to our us!

Referees check made payable to Friends of Emerson Soccer

We will send you an email confirming that we have received and processed the registration within a few days.
